FOG / Grease Interceptor Service Records — Phoenix
Phoenix requires gravity grease interceptors to be fully pumped and cleaned at least once every three months, with service records retained.

When you need it. Ongoing. Phoenix requires gravity interceptors to be fully pumped out and cleaned at least once every three months, and to be kept in continuously effective operating condition at all times.
How to comply. Use a hauler to fully pump and clean the device; keep records of each service (dates, hauler, disposal).
Cadence. At least once every 3 months (quarterly), or more often as needed.
